Let us introduce ourselves

We love pizza so much we decided it was only fair to share our passion with the nation! Baytree Pizza is a pop-up pizzeria which can be set up in practically any location making it the perfect choice for your wedding or event. Our informal style of catering is perfect for your wedding, party or corporate event.

The oven

A guaranteed talking point

We believe that any pizza worth eating should be cooked in a wood-fired oven. Cooking at temperatures in excess of 500c our rustic, thin crust pizza comes out perfectly in under two minutes. This is just one of the reasons which makes this the perfect choice for your event. Plus watching the pizza cook is always a guaranteed talking point!

Quality, freshness and simplicity is the key to any good pizza. Our pizza dough is made by us on a daily basis and our toppings are always of the best quality. Every pizza for your event will be made right in front of you just how you like it.

BBQ & Paella

Perfect for events

Our love of fresh food and great produce also extends to Paella and BBQ. Due to the truly excellent local farm shops and butchers we use the food just speaks for itself!

We’ve tried to answer the questions we most frequently get asked. However, if you would like to know anything else please just contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Ingredients
We make all of our pizza dough freshly on the day for your event and your pizza will be prepared and cooked in front of your eyes. Where possible we use locally sourced ingredients and always use the best in quality.
Where can we set up?
We can set up virtually anywhere outside providing there is a minimum of 1m access for us to bring in the pizza oven or BBQ. This said we would appreciate some advance notice if we are to negotiate hills or steps.
What we need from you?
Nothing! We bring our own 3m x 3m pop-up tent, kitchen equipment and water. Ideally there would be access to a 13amp socket within 6m of our tent.
Plates and napkins
We will bring bio degradable plates, cutlery and napkins. If you wish to have china plates and steel cutlery, we can hire these at roughly £1.50 per person.
Are we a registered caterer?
Yes, Baytree Pizza is registered with Ipswich Borough Council and is proud to say that we have received a 5* rating (see www.scoresonthedoors.org.uk). We can also provide Public Liabilty insurance certificate on request.
